Why the right of withdrawal does not apply
The products sold by Peperoncino Pizzeria are food items prepared to order and perishable. For such goods the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005): food that has left the kitchen cannot be put back on sale, for reasons of hygiene and food safety. This is not a commercial restriction but a health requirement.
What we do instead
If the item delivered does not match the order or is not as it should be — wrong item, requested change not applied, damaged packaging, inadequate temperature — the customer is entitled, at their choice and subject to availability, to:
- a replacement of the item;
- a refund of the corresponding amount, under the refund policy published on this website.

Write to giuseppecarpino85@gmail.com or call +39 3391122463 within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, quoting the order code and describing the problem. Keep the item until the report is settled: a photograph may be requested.
Sealed, non-perishable products
Sealed non-perishable products bought together with the order (for example bottled drinks) may be returned within 14 days if intact and unopened, with a refund of the amount paid.
