Areas served

Home delivery is available only at addresses within the areas served by the restaurant. When the order is placed the system checks the postcode: if the address is not served, the order cannot be completed for delivery and pickup at the restaurant remains available.

Fees and minimum order

The delivery fee depends on the area and is shown in the summary before the order is confirmed. Where applicable, a minimum order amount applies and is also shown during ordering.

Delivery times

The estimated time is about 45 minutes from order confirmation. This is an estimate and not a fixed deadline: at peak times, in bad weather or heavy traffic it may take longer. If the delay is significant the customer is informed.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address given by the customer, which must include any flat number, floor or entryphone details. The customer must be reachable at the phone number provided. If nobody is present at delivery and the customer cannot be reached by phone, the rider waits a reasonable time; after that the order is considered delivered and no refund is due.

Pickup at the restaurant

As an alternative to delivery, the order can be collected at VIA POPILIA 84/A, 87100 Cosenza (CS), IT during opening hours, quoting the order code.
