When a refund is due

• The order was cancelled before preparation had started.
• The order was neither delivered nor made available for pickup.
• The item delivered differs from the one ordered, or is not as it should be, and this was reported promptly.
• The amount charged is higher than the amount due.

How to request a refund

Write to giuseppecarpino85@gmail.com or call +39 3391122463, quoting the order code and the reason. For items that are not as they should be, report within 24 hours of delivery or pickup; a photograph helps to settle the case faster.

How and when it is paid

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order: an electronic payment is never refunded in cash. Once approved, the credit normally appears within 5-10 working days; the actual timing depends on the customer's bank or card scheme. If the order was paid in cash, the refund arrangements are agreed with the customer.

Partial refunds

If only part of the order is affected, the refund covers the items concerned and, where due, the proportional share of the delivery fee.
