Until when an order can be cancelled
An order can be cancelled before preparation has started, that is, while it is in the "received" or "confirmed" state. Once the order moves into preparation it can no longer be cancelled: the food is already being made and cannot be reused.

The website shows whether cancellation is still possible; when it is not, the option is not offered.
Scheduled orders
An order scheduled for a later time can be cancelled until preparation starts, which is normally shortly before the requested time.
What happens to the amount paid
If the order had already been paid online, cancellation entitles the customer to a full refund, under the refund policy published on this website.
Cancellation by the restaurant
Peperoncino Pizzeria may cancel an order if items are unavailable, if the address is outside the delivery area, or if the service cannot be provided. In such cases the customer is informed and any amount paid is refunded in full.
