1. Service provider

2. Scope

These terms govern orders of food and beverages placed through this website, for home delivery, for pickup at the restaurant or for consumption at the table. By placing an order the customer confirms having read and accepted these terms.

3. How an order is placed

1. The customer builds the cart by choosing items from the menu.
2. At confirmation the customer selects the mode (delivery, pickup or table) and provides the required details.
3. The order is concluded when Peperoncino Pizzeria confirms it: until then it is not binding.
4. The customer receives a summary with the order code.

4. Prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Any delivery fee and cover charge are shown separately before confirmation. The price shown at the time of confirmation is the one that applies.

5. Payments

Online payments are handled by authorised payment service providers: PEPERONCINO DI CARPINO GIUSEPPE does not store card data. Where available, payment can also be made on delivery or at pickup, in the ways shown during ordering.

6. Product availability

Items are prepared to order and availability depends on stock. If an item is unavailable, Peperoncino Pizzeria contacts the customer to offer a replacement or to refund the corresponding amount.

7. Cancellation, refunds, returns and delivery

8. Complaints

9. Governing law

Italian law applies. For consumers, the jurisdiction of the court of their place of residence or domicile remains unaffected.
